By Customer: Allowed before dispatch; prepaid orders refunded in full.
By Qualitynest: Due to stock issues, wrong address, or operational reasons.
For cancelled orders, missing/damaged items, or failed deliveries.
Refunds to original payment mode within 5–7 business days.
For missing or damaged items, partial refunds or replacements offered.
Refunds via wallet, UPI transfer, or coupon.
